The Cabinet approved to give full support to the JRFU in order to host RWC 2015 / 2019 in terms of main areas such as security, financial, immigration and other related government aspects.
Olympic Movement
The Japan Rugby Football Union is strongly behind the efforts of the IRB and supporting the Japan Olympic Committee's efforts on the Rugby Olympic Movement.
Presently the IRB is providing a lot of information to the IOC on why Rugby should be reintroduced to the Olympic Games and the JRFU is assisting Rugby with this ambition.
